Did I use "reasonable" correctly?

Question: How would you handle an angry customer?

My answer: I would remain calm and polite. I would not take the customer's anger personally and I would do everything in my power to help. If the customer refuses to be reasonable then I would apologize that I was unable to help them and ask for assistance from my manager.

There's nothing wrong with "do everything in my power". I would use "apologise for not being able to help".
