Two couples are talking in their bedroom:

What?
Nothing.
I never see you anymore, Lance.
I don't have time for one of your moods right now, OK?
I have got an important meeting. And I'm hungry. I'm gonna get my breakfast.
Do you know what today is?
What is today?
It's the anniversary of our first date.
Really? well, great memory, honey.
Now, can I get my breakfast?

1) Does "get" breakfast mean "buy breakfast"?
2) Does "I have got an important meeting." and "I have an important meeting." the same?

1) Since they are in their bedroom, it's most likely that he means he's going to the kitchen to have his breakfast.
2) Yes.

So it means that "get" have the same meaning as "eat or have his breakfast" in this context, right?

Well, no. He might put his breakfast on a tray and take it back to the bedroom to actually eat it.

It could also mean make/prepare.

Or a combination- he might prepare it, take it into the bedroom, and eat it there.

So it means that "get" [STRIKE]have[/STRIKE] has the same meaning as "eat/have his breakfast" in this context, right?

Note my corrections above.

There is no consistent meaning of "get" in this context. "Get" in the following covers preparing it, putting it on a plate/in a bowl, putting it on the table/tray/lap and eating it.

I won't be long. I'm just getting lunch.
He hasn't left yet. He's getting his dinner.
I'm going to get dinner in a minute.

In BrE, we use "grab" in the same way if we're going to eat something fast. "I'll be there soon. I'm just grabbing a snack".
