Hi, I have a question. Between:

1. The 10 Best Gyms in NYC
2. The Best 10 Gyms in NYC and
3. 10 Best Gyms in NYC

Are any of them incorrect, or I can choose any according to my preferences. And what is your preference.

Thank you.

None of them is a sentence. Do you mean them to be the title of a list?

I'd use the first.

Isn't the third OK too? We can omit the in a title, can't we? Here's an example from a North American website: 10 Best Gyms In Fort Worth

Hi. I have a question. Between:

3. 10 Best Gyms in NYC

Are any of them incorrect, or can I can simply choose any according to my preferences my favourite? And What is your preference?

Thank you. Unnecessary. Thank us after we help you, by adding the "Thanks" icon to any helpful response.
They're all possible as a title. I'd choose #1.

I wouldn't use it without "The", even as a title. To me it sounds as if there are multiple gyms in Fort Worth that can all be called "Best" and the website lists just ten of them.

But the intended meaning is of course "The ten gyms in Fort Worth that are better than any others there".
