I have created a forum for my students where they must follow two rules:
  1. Speak English only.
  2. Speak about English: nothing off-topic.
Can I summarize them in the following phrase?
Comments, questions and answers in and about English

"in and about English" is OK but I would spell it out a bit more clearly to avoid any confusion.

Questions, answers and comments about English, in English only!

Are you saying they can only talk about the English language? Wouldn't it be just as useful to talk about other things as long as you used English to do it?

For example, maybe I want to talk about my favorite sports team. I can practice my English by holding that conversation in English.

You have a very good point! 👌
I changed the group's description to the following:
ℹ️ Questions, answers and comments in English

I'd still emphasise the requirement to use English by saying "in English only".

How about a variation of: Questions, Answers and Comments All responses must be in English only.
(Mori, use formatting as you see fit. My "Edit" button won't let me make some recommended changes.)

I like it. "In & About" sounds like a good name for a forum, just like this one. We could add some clever wordplay with out and about.
