Is this sentence correct:-"I will not come today or tomorrow."?

I wanted to tell my friend that I am not going to come today and tomorrow.
So out of the following sentences which has the same meaning and if there is a difference in meaning, what is that difference.
I will not come today or tomorrow.
I will come neither today nor tomorrow.
I will not come today and tomorrow.

And I think all of these sentences would be grammatically incorrect.Am I right?
I will not come today nor tomorrow.
I will neither come today nor tomorrow.

In my opinion, your first example is the best: I will not come today or tomorrow.

I agree with Mike, though in conversation most of us would say 'I won't come today or tomorrow'.

It sounds unnatural to me. If you really cannot say "I'm not coming today or tomorrow", you could say "I won't be coming today or tomorrow". Context matters though. Here are some dialogues:

A: "I want you to come, but not today or tomorrow"
B: "OK, I won't come today or tomorrow."

A: "When are you coming to see me?"
B: "Well, I won't be coming today or tomorrow. Maybe the next day."
Also, "I can't come today or tomorrow."
