Hi everyone,

I understand the first two sentences, but not the last one. Why do the writer use -ing in the last sentence?

She's
fun to be with.

It's
fun to be with her.

It's
fun being with her.

Because it's being with her that is fun.
It is like:
It is interesting to live here.
It is interesting living here.

It is difficult to understand her.
It is difficult understanding her.

So is it possible use this form with " It + is + adjective + to be or -ing"?
