Would you please tell me the part of speech, the meaning and function of the word "as" in it's just about possible as With lots of homework to do?

I don't like either of them. You're trying to remodel a poor sentence. A more natural version would be:

I have to stay at home all day- lots of homework to do.

Putting it into the passive would not improve it.

I have already told you that your "It's just about possible to say with lots of homework to do" has a similar meaning to my "it's just about possible as with lots of homework to do. Your rewording suggests you understand my words. The preposition 'as' in my wording has a similar meaning to 'in the form of'.
