Ms. Helen is in-charge of the section and overseeing & monitoring the work of department staff. She is managing staff schedules and assigning individual responsibilities and ensure that the operational activities remain on time and also, ensuring a smooth functioning of the department under the direct supervision of the General manager. She recently takes charges of the administrative manager position and she is doing her job in a very efficient manner, so she should be retained and recommended to be in core group.

Please tell me if the sentenses above are worded correctly.

What do you mean by "takes charges'" there? Do you mean she assumed those duties?

1. Sentences, not sentenses.

2. Mind your tenses. Use: she manages staff schedules and assigns .... Use the present continuous "is managing" only if you are trying to say that she is doing so at this very moment.

Having lived in India, I am well aware that most Indians would use the tenses as you did, but if you want correct international English, use the tenses I've used above
