1. It was noticed that you had issued the tax invoice as per our old GST details.

Our GST details have recently been changed. Therefore, we kindly request that you to re-issue a new tax invoice as per our new GST details (attached).

Neither sounds natural to me, and they're both overly wordy.

Dear [name]

We note that you inadvertently issued a tax invoice using our old GST details. Please re-issue the invoice, using our correct GST details (attached).

Another option: We have noticed that you have issued the tax invoice per our previous (or outdated/or obsolete) GST details. Please reissue a new tax invoice as per our new (or current) GST details (attached).
