While reading an essay, I came across a phrase "of particular note" unfortunatly, I cannot remember the context. Can anyone tell me what does it mean and provide me with an example?

Without context, it could refer to something that is especially noteworthy. There are plenty of examples here.

There are two phrases that seem the same to me.

One of particular note.

Of particular note.

I will try to apply them in a sentences. Are the following sentences grammatical?

Fast food can lead to countless diseases. One of particular note is obesity.

Fast food can lead to countless diseases. Of particular note is obesity.

The sentences are grammatically correct. I prefer Of particular note is obesity.

Note that "obesity" is a condition, not a disease.
