Subtitle: Oh that don't seem like no good kinda reason to me.

To me, the "that" and "like" parts sound like "I" and "that". I don't know why.
How do they sound?

"like" is definitely "like" but I agree with you that the voiceover seems to say "I" instead of "that" at word #2.

Is it fine to pronounce the "that" in the subtitle like "I"?

No. There's no instance in which "that" should be pronounced as "I". Either the voiceover artist or the subtitle writer made an error.

Initially, I assumed it was the subtitler as I'm sure the voices are added before the subtitles are done. However, the confusing part about that is that "Oh, I don't seem like no good kinda reason to me" isn't a grammatical sentence.
Therefore, it's still possible that the voiceover artist made an error (said "I" instead of "that"), it wasn't spotted or there was no time to fix it, and then the subtitle writer decided to fix it by writing the more likely word. We'll never know!
