Hello everyone,
In the 1964 movie Mission to Venice there is the following dialogue between Michael and Maria:
Michael: Shall we take a gondola?
Maria: Three in a gondola isn't very romantic.
Michael: What do you mean three?
Maria: You, Carl and me.
Michael: Oh, no (actually I hear "Oh now", but I don't think it fits the context).
Maria: I never go on board/on a boat without Carl.
Is it "on board" or "on a boat"?
The dialogue in question starts at 30.21
Thank you.
