Hello.

I recently submitted an abstract to a conference.

At my affiliation, I wrote the organisation that I am working in (specifically a hospital), and afterwards "outpatients clinics".

I searched on the internet, and I found out that the sentence "outpatient clinics" is more common.

Should I correct the "outpatients" with the "outpatient" one, or it is a minor mistake?

Thank you in advance.

I would definitely change it if possible. Unless you're referring to multiple clinics, make both words singular.

Hello, and welcome. :)

- Use the singular "clinic" (you work at one clinic/hospital, I assume).
- Use the singular "outpatient".
In other words, use "outpatient clinic".

Please note that I've changed your thread title, which should have included some or all of the words you're asking about.
