Hi,

Do you call it "peas"?

Is "I am going to buy peas" correct?

We always buy ours from the frozen food cabinets.

We prefer to pick ours from the garden, where they're producing like crazy right now. :)

Fair enough, and I envy you, but for those unable to grow their own and eat them straight from freshly-picked pods, the commercially deep-frozen product is the next-best thing.

We grow snap peas with edible pods and freeze as many as we can. When we run out of our own frozen peas, we buy them too. And I agree, frozen peas are far better than canned.

... better even than fresh peas in the pod which have been sitting on the supermarket shelf or market stall for several days.
