Please keep in mind that the pricing difference between the first and second offers provided yesterday to you is related to battery costs. The "OPzV" batteries mentioned in the first offer do not need to be maintained.

You have been writing "please keep in mind" too often. "Please note that.." would be better.
We have repeatedly told you that what you sent out to your Clients are called "quotations", not "offers". There is no point in asking us to help you with editing your letters if our advice is not heeded.
