Is he saying planned viscera surgery? If yes, does he say sch rather than s in /ˈvɪsərə/?

He does not say that. He says "plantar fasciitis surgery". I had to:
1- Slow down the video.
2- Listen to it a couple of times.
3- Google what I thought I'd heard.

... in order to work it out!

It's a medical term that I would say most native speakers wouldn't know the meaning of. I certainly didn't before reading this thread.

The muscle on which the surgery is performed is the plantar fascia. Plantar faciitis is the painful condition that he has experienced.

Be grateful that you have never needed to know the term, it can be very painful.

Anyone who uses Facebook or Twitter is probably becoming familiar with the term. My FB feed is overrun with ads for shoes/devices to help with plantar fasciitis.
