Hello.

In some sentences, should the cause placed in the last or the time expressions such as last week, on Monday, last class and in 2009?

1-Some pupils were absent last class due to heavy rain. (A reason comes at the end.)

2-Some pupils were absent due to heavy rain last class. (Last class comes at last.)

3-Some pupils were absent due to heavy rain on Monday.(A day comes at the end.)

4-Some pupils were absent on Monday due to heavy rain. (A reason comes at the end.)

5- Some schools were demolished in 2009 due to new projects (A reason comes at the end.)

6- Some schools were demolished due to new projects in 2009. (A year comes at the end.)

Before we continue, please use the "Edit" facility to correct the following:

Add a full stop after "Hello".
Add the pluralising "s" to "sentence".
Change the "S" on "Should" to a lower case letter.
Change the "D" on "Day" to a lower case letter.
Remove the space before every comma.
Add a space after every full stop.
Remove the space after every opening bracket.
Add a full stop to the end of every sentence in brackets.
