Hello,
As the title suggest, Britains tend to pronounce the noun "Swimming pool" as "Sooming pool".

Are there any techniques involved around such a pronunciation.

Best Regards,

I've never heard that pronunciation myself.

By the way, people from Britain are Britons.

Britains tend to pronounce the noun "Swimming pool" as "Sooming pool".

They don't- there may be differences in the vowel sounds, though not as far as you suggest IMO, but the /w/ is pronounced.
