The problem will not be solved until we (will) have a chance to talk about it thoroughly.

Are both present and future tenses workable in the context?
 
simple present or present perfect, but no future 'will'

It's possible to have will with a volitional sense in an if/unless clause, but that can't really fit here. I'd say it was unnatural.
 
You could also use until we have had....
