The use of the verb to look meaning appearance in Present Simple and Present Continuous

Is the use of the verb to look meaning appearance both correct in Present Simple and Present Continuous? E.g. You look beautiful today. You are looking beautiful today. And can this rule be applied to the 3rd person singular? E.g. She looks beautiful today. She is looking beautiful today.

And Can this rule be applied to the 3rd third person singular?
