...and there is one part in each video that for the life of me can't make out. I was wondering if the good people in the forum could help me out.
The first video can be found in the following link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-2ysqkZBnk
For this one, somebody else already did a transcript.
http://www.parentdish.com/videos-partner/how-to-perform-the-bicycle-crunches-83765865-48
The time stamps for the part are 00:28 to 00:32.
I think the man is saying, "So really getting that muscle firing as long as you keep tension out of the whole set."
Edit: "so we'll get * that muscle firing...?"
However, the transcript on the website says, "so really get in the muscle firing as long as you keep tension off the whole set."
The transcript on the website has many mistakes and I don't trust it too much, but I'm not too confident with what I transcribed either because he probably meant something like "throughout," but "out of" here doesn't seem to be completely in line with what he means.
The second video is the following, with the time stamp starting at 1:26.

Um... what steak?
Thank you
