A person came from Australia 2 year ago and now she's getting married. Are the following correct and natural ways of saying it:
"She's getting married 2 years after coming back from Australia."

After getting married:
"She got married 2 years after coming back from Australia."

She plans to get married after two years:
"She'll get married 2 years after coming back from Australia."

In all cases, write 'two' instead of '2'.

A person came back from Australia two years ago, and now she's getting married. Are the following correct and natural ways of saying it?
"She's getting married two years after coming back from Australia."

After getting married:
"She got married two years after coming back from Australia."

She plans to get married after two years:
"She'll get married two years after coming back from Australia."

(Cross posted.)

Please note my suggestions.

She plans to get married after two years:
"She'll get married 2 years after coming back from Australia."

This is not quite right. Firstly, because it's seems to be an unnatural use of will. You could instead use plans to:

She plans to get married.

Secondly, the anchor point seems to be the present moment, not the return from Australia. In other words, two years from now. This doesn't make much sense if the assumption is that the return was in the past.

If you mean to say that the return is in the future, and the marriage is two years after that, you need to make that clear, like this:

She'll get married two years after she comes back from Australia.

This sentence is likely to be a prediction by the speaker, not a statement about her plans.
