As you know, 'cause is the colloquial form of because.
According to the website oxforddictionaries.com, the pronunciation of because and cause is /bēˈkəz/ and /kôz/ in order:

Now, I do not know if the pronunciation of 'cause is /kôz/ or /kəz/!
