I know there are other choices, but I'd like to make sure whether it is correct to say "Please yield your seat to the old lady." or "I yielded my seat to an old lady on the bus." Thank you so much.

I agree as well that it's okay, although it wouldn't be my first verb choice.

I expect you know that more common choices are 'I gave my seat to the old lady', 'I let the old lady have my seat', and 'I stood up for the old lady'.

In BrE, you'll generally hear "give up your seat for someone else". At the very least, you "offer" it to them. They can, of course, decline.
