Here is a situation, you have a brother who is 25 years old. And you have a friend named John who is more or less the same age, 24, 25, 26, you don't know the exact figure but he is around the same age.

Now you are talking about your friend and comparing his age with your brothers age.

How would you say, correct me grammar where if I am making any mistake.

1. My brother is 25 years old. John is also of the same age.
   
2. My brother is 25 years old. John is also around the same age.
   
3. My brother is 25 years old. John is also about the same age.
   
4. My brother is 25 years old. John is also the same age.

Tell me if there is a better and most natural way to convey the same meaning.

Both 2 and 3 convey the meaning you want. If anything, personally, I would leave "also" out.
1 and 4, IMHO, mean that John is also 25, and that you know for certain.

And you mean that all the four of them are grammatically correct but 2 and 3 convey the same message that I intended for.

Don't forget that grammatically correct isn't necessarily the best usage!

In all of your examples, the word also is redundant. Take that word out, and your #2 and #3 could work equally well.

My brother is 25 years old, and John is about the same age.
