Teacher Re: Nor the correct answer is number 2 because when we use nor we should make inversion so the verb comes befor the subject.

Nor is a contraction of "and+not+either" think of it in these terms and the answer becomes obvious. You don't use a negative after it because then you would have double negation and it would be out of sync with the first phrase which is a negative sentence. In order to have appropriate parallelism we must choose the second answer as the first answer is incorrect as it does not have the necessary participle.
