Default on a website or in a website

Which is correct:

Find the information in the website.

or

Find the information on the website.

And which is more correct:

To log on to the company website.

or

To log in to the company website.

Thank you.

Nothing - it's just that everyone I know logs on.

I usually find information at a website.

I think one could either log on to a website or log in to a website. I usually log in.

I think either is logical, as long as one is consistent.

If one logs in, one logs out.

If one logs on, one logs off. - I think.

Anyway, I would say log in to website.

I agree with Buggles, but I wouldn't argue with Proesl. (I log on and log off, or, sometimes, as with this one, I log in and out.)
