good "ending" for an email : greetings ?

What is a good "end" for an email to someone you know rather well. The ending shouldn't be too formal, but also not too "popular".
What about :
Yours sincerely/sincerely/best regards/regards/greetings ???

The first two are a bit too formal.

"Best regards" and "Regards" are both fine, but we would only use "Greetings" at the beginning and never at the end.

You could also finish up with "Cheers".
If it's a close relative or really close friend, you could use "Love".

I don't know why, but I always associate "Cheers" with Australia. AND I also associate it with Drinking Beer With Buddies...

In an email to peole I know, I generally add what some say is a weather report..................
In July, perhaps, "from hot, muggy Niagara, ............... and my name.
Today, I would say, From sunny, and gloriously autumn coloured Niagara..........
In the winter, from blustery, snow-covered etc.

Friends and aquaintances have told me that they like it.

If it is a business type mail, then it's "Sincerely," etc.
