Listening & speaking problem

hi to all teachers,
I'm from Myanmar & also Burmese. But now in Qatar for my job. Anyway, I can understand reading & writing also no problem(i mean that's no so bad). But listening is very difficult & speaking also. I can't speak fluently. So how can i training. so help me.
