| This exercice is rather big, I managed to do most of it but I have some remaining doubts: This is the exercise: (...)which word should be stressed in order to elicit the answer: 1 - Did you say your leaving tonight? WHICH WORD from this question should I stress to produce the following answers: answer1: I did not answer2: No, my brother said that. 2 - Is he going to take that job? WHICH WORD from this question should I stress to produce the answer: answer: No, he's changed his mind. 3 - Are you seeing Michael this afternoon? WHICH WORD from this question should I stress to produce the answer: answer: Yes, most definitely. 4 - Is your son flying to Madrid? WHICH WORD from this question should I stress to produce the answer: answer: Yes, he is going tomorrow night. Looking forward for your help! thanks |

| The only one that seems to have a clear answer is "Did YOU say you..." for the answer "No, my brother did."
