Email
When sending an email, I want the receiver to confirm if he or she has received it. Could I say:
"I would be grateful if you could confirm your receipt of this email."
or is there a better (formal) way to express this meaning?
Thanks.

Re: Email
On my e-mail systems, there is a checkbox to allow a notification of receipt to be sent to you. Do you not have one on yours?
If you want to say anything, just say "Please confirm your receipt of this e-mail".
