Default An article on news channels. Kindly check.

In the case of high profile criminal and terrorist, police make special arrangement to keep 24X7 vigilance on them. They are kept at special locations, so neither they should attempt to flee nor any one could reach them. But in no time you can see the reporters at the Gate of so called undisclosed location, and they not just report the exact location of the cell inside in which the criminal is kept, but also give the layout including the details of number of entrances and exits, number of policemen guarding them. That’s our business, sorry, moral responsibility to inform the truth. We always blame Government that they keep all promises on paper, but never implement it. Similarly our news channels only speak about ethics, special regulations etc but never implement them.

Do you mean that they are under surveillance or mistreated all day long ? As far as I know the word "vigilante" is used for civilians who dedicate themselves to fight the crime (legally -as in the form of vigilante committees in some neighbourhoods or illegally as we see in some Hollywood movies ). They are kept at special locations, so neither they should attempt to flee(maybe "to break out" fits better ) nor any one (except the prison authorities, etc.) could reach them. But in no time you can see the reporters at the Gate of so-called undisclosed location, and they do not just report the exact location of the cell (inside in(?) which or just say) where the criminal is kept, but also give the layout including the details of number of entrances and exits, number of policemen(maybe wardens) guarding them.
