question mark or no?

consider these informal sentences:

1. like if i want to know how good this is.
(question mark or no?)

2.or how this one stacks up against that one.
(question mark or no?)



3. if you don't study, would you fail?
(this one needs question mark cuz i was told that even if its a partial question, needs question mark. plus i check this with various sources.)
