"Spend in V+ing" is it correct expression?

Hello, I'm student from south korea. I am not accustomed to using English. So please understand my awkward English.
In studying English, I cannot solve some kinds of grammar problems which I confused.
Qustion is this,

"Most of them spend two hours a day time in playing baseball."
"Most of them spend two hours a day time playing baseball."

Which is the correct sentence?

Please give me the precise answer...
I can't sleep at all at every night for this problem...
I appreciate if you give me the proper answer ASAP.

In my opinion both are incorrect.

You can write :
1. Most of them spend two hours a day playing baseball

or

2. Most of them spend (some) time playing baseball.

since 2 hours and time mean the same. or put it specifically as :

3. Most of them spend (some) time, precisely two hours, in playing baseball.

But what I ask is that the usage like "spend time in Ving" is correct sentence.
I mean, for instance,

I can figure out this sentence is correct. "We spent the evening talking about art and the theatre."
But is it correct sentence, "We spent the evening in talking about art and the theatre." ?
