    Default unless vs. if not

    Can we rewrite :

    If I have enough money, I will buy the car.

    into

    Unless I have enough money, I won't buy the car?

    Does it make sense, since I think they mean almost the same thing? or NOT?

    You could change it to: "I won't buy the car unless I have enough money", no comma.
