1) In order for you to finish/complete looking at all the things in the muzuem you will need two days.
2) I didn't have time to look at everything in the muzuem because it closed at 5.00pm.
3) In one day, you will only be able to look at all the things in the muzuem briefly, but if you want to look at everything more precisely you will need to days to complete.
4) I just look at all the painting briefly, so i finished visiting the muzeum fast.

For paintings, "look at" is better.
