In future requests of this type I would suggest that you first refer to an English dictionary and if you are not successful in using that reference, you could then submit them here.
1. Screaming: a high pitched, loud voice
2. Over two years: longer than two years
3. Flutter: in your sentence, to fly and in doing so, to create a vibrating sound
4. Past the window: in your sentence, to proceed by flying beyond the line of vision or range of hearing allowed within the dimension of the window
