    Please correct my grammar.

    We have a new person coming in today or

    we have a new person come in today

    which sentence is correct?

    The first sentence is correct.

    The second sentence is not correct. You can correct it by adding "who will":
    "We have a new person who will come in today."

    I prefer the first sentence, though.
