    Default dancing lady

    I want to describe a lady who never went through any formal training for dancing but she could dance very well just like a professional dancer once music's on. She got extremely strong musical sense that dancing could compensate and let her forget all loss and frustration in her daily life.

    Any phrases / sentence I can use for describing this lady.

    Someone who can dance even without formal training would be a "natural dancer". I don't know of a phrase for someone who uses dance to forget about her problems!
