Hello

Could someone tell me what is the difference between "I will be happy" and "I would be happy"

If you have any questions, I would be happy to meet with you

OR

If you have any questions, I will be happy to meet with you

Which sentence is correct?

thank you

I believe that either one works just fine. The difference is very subtle. Both of them suggest that they haven't fully considered the issues and you are waiting for them to decide if they have any questions. If they have already had time to decide whether they have any questions, you would say,
If you have any questions, I am happy to meet with you.
