I am writing to you regarding the latest notice which I got received from your company. The notice says that I didn't pay my bill on time for last month, and I was have been charged a additional $35 fee for the delayed payment.
For several years I use have used your company's credit card and I would like to mention point out that I have never had such kind of a problem before. Furthermore, I always pay all my bills on time. Regarding last month's bill, I can assure you that the payment was done made on time. Besides that, I have a cheque for that bill, which is I'm attaching with to my this letter.
It seems to me I believe that there was has been a mistake or some kind of problem with documentation. So could you please check my bills for the previous month. While you checking if you find any for irregularities, I would be happy to respond to your any enquiries. In addition, if you need any further information regarding my credit card balance, please don't hesitate and feel free to contact me.
