would probably versus would only

Is there any meaning difference between 'would probably' and 'would' only ?
For example,
If I had the option to travel to any destination, I would probably pick...........
If I had the option to travel to any destination, I would pick...........
Thanks

This one is not 100% sure- the person might make a different choice if they had the option.

They would definitely choose this.
