Letter writing - Font (Verdana)
Hello Teachers,
Is there any particular font that we must be following to write formal letters.
I have heard someone saying that we must use "Verdana" font to write formal letters.
Please advise.

That's nonsense.
Please advise.
Your office or workplace might have a policy about this. Before computers, something like Times was set on typewriters. This is still a popular font. However, some technical journals now print in sans serif fonts.
Try not to use anything fancy, and you should be OK.
