"Hey, Karl. What you been up to?"
"I'm just watching the game. Want to join, Mr. Wilson?"
"Sure, Karl." Clyde Wilson notices a lot of money on the table. "Say, Karl, where did you get all (THIS OR THESE) money from?"
SCENARIO B:
"Sure, Karl." Clyde Wilson notices a lot of coins on the table. "Say, Karl, where did you get all (THIS OR THESE) coins from?"

"Money" is non-countable, so treat it as singular. "Where did you get all this money?"
"Coins" are countable, so treat them as plural in this sentence. "Where did you get all these coins?"
