    Default constructive mind

If you see any problems in the following sentence , can I have your comments?

Instead of giving dealth penalty, to give life sentence to sex offenders will be economically ideal. It would be more meaningful for them to learn physical labors or working skills, whic are helpful to build constructive mind.

Instead of the dealth death penalty, sentencing sex offenders to life would be economical.
This is not acceptable sentence; you want sex offenders to be free? They deserve to be killed with stones.
