What should I google? Something like "an equipment" or "two equipments"?

Are these companies in countries where English is a native language?

Are you sure about that, freewill? Remember that nouns can be used as adjectives, and when they are, they go between the article and the noun. So a phrase like "an equipment specialist" does not violate any rules; "specialist" is countable, and "equipment" just modifies it. It does not make "equipment" countable.
