Default I'm in on the surprise

What is the meaning of "I'm in on the surprise"?

whats' this "in on" :S !!!

She says "I'm not into surprises unless i'm in on the surprise"

and if she means that "she is part of the surprise", then it's so natural not be interested in surprise unless she is part of itQ you know what I mean.

I mean what's exaclty her point in that "I don't care about surprises unless i'm part of it" like who don't!!!!!!!

    Thanks

It means that she doesn't like to be surprised, she likes being involved in surprising others.
