Hi,

I thought we don't use verbs such as 'feel' in continuos tenses, but I've come across the sentence: ' How are you feeling.'

Is it different from 'How do you feel?'

Could you help me find out when I should use which alternative?

'How are you feeling?' and 'How do you feel?' are both fine and mean more or less the same.
