| I started teaching kindergarten, in Bangkok Thailand, just a few days ago. I spent many hours on the internet looking for lesson plans (and activities, exercises, and so on...) for NON-English speaking kids, but I just can not find what I need. All the websites I visited are made for children who do have some understanding of the English language, while my kids never heard an English word before .... so what is the use of learning them to read if they do not even now what it means when I say " good morning " ? So please, anyone, if you could help me out I would be realy very grateful. Thanks.... A beginning teacher, almost blind from searching the internet Erwin |

| Trust the following will be of some help: 1. http://www.eslpartyland.com/teachers/Tinitial.htm 2. http://www.eslkid.com/ Erwin, please note that you cannot "learn" your students to read, but you can "teach" them how to |
