Imagine that your friend has invited you to go to cinema with him; but you can't accept his invitation, what would you say?

With the amendments marked in red, all of your sentences are possible. You could also say:
Sorry, I can't.
Sorry, I can't come to the cinema with you.
Sorry, I can't go to the cinema with you.
Note: you don't need the semi-colon that you put in your very first sentence of your post, the sentence should finish at "him", and "What" should be the first word of the question.
